WHICH PERSONAL DATA CAN BE COLLECTED, HOW IT IS COLLECTED, AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

Personal data, such as name, electronic mail address and CV, are collected by the platform by filling out a form that automatically sends an email to crm@sagaconsulting.com.br or any other address maintained by the @sagaconsulting.com.br domain for contact, interest in subscribing to the newsletter, or submitting a CV to join the SAGA team.
None of this collected data is stored on the website or the company that hosts the website; the data is automatically forwarded to the above-mentioned email.
Upon receiving the visitor’s email, the office verifies the email or contact received, registers the visitor in the office’s Newsletter, if that’s the case, and, in the case of a CV, it is stored for participation in future hiring processes.
The processing of personal data for purposes not accounted for in this Privacy Policy will only occur upon prior notice to the user, so that the rights and obligations set forth herein remain applicable.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the user and visitor are stored by the platform, as long as necessary for the provision of the service or fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in this document, as provided for in item I of article 15 of Law 13709/18.
